At Wrap & Warm, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your USB Electric Heated Neck Wrap purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return your product if:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories and documentation are included
- The product is not damaged due to misuse
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or worn
- Products with missing tags or packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items purchased during clearance sales (if applicable)
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back within 7 days of authorization
5. Return Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same item (e.g., due to defect), please contact us at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent once we receive your return.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company (refunds can take time to process)

10. Warranty
Our USB Electric Heated Neck Wrap comes with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. For warranty claims, please contact our customer support team.
